Shipping Policy
Processing time: How long it takes for me to make your item(s).
Most standard designs are shipped within 1-3 days.
Items with glitter can take up to 5 days for proper sealing.
Large orders with multiple items may also take longer.
I will always reach out if it's expected to take 3+ days to make.

Transit time: How long it takes to be delivered after I've shipped it.
All packages are shipped via USPS with insurance. Depending on size and weight, some are shipped First Class, while others are shipped Priority. Both should arrive within 1-3 days. Holidays often cause greater delays (I have no control over this).
Overnight shipping options are usually $20+.

Return & Exchange Policy
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the unopened, damaged packaging. This can help for filing an insurance case with the post office.

If your item(s) arrive broken or damaged, please send photos to adornedalloys@gmail.com to discuss refunds or replacements.
Any jewelry that can be worn in the ears cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons. Exceptions can be made if the wrong item was sent, or if items arrived broken.
